Strong Hearts is for everyone 16 and over within the trans woman or trans feminine umbrella.

As well as those looking to affirm, explore, or are questioning a feminine gender identity. Strong Hearts focuses on finding that unwavering light inside of all of us. It is about building the capacity to truly embrace, love, and be kind both within ourselves and as a community.

This space is for families, parents, and caregivers of trans and gender diverse children, youth and teens. It full of sharing and caring around the challenges, questions, successes and joy that come from affirming parenting and raising a trans or gender diverse child.

Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy Information Session

This community-led session aims to provide all the information and resources required to empower individuals to be able to make informed consent decisions in a more accessible and de-clinicalized space.

The session will include an informative presentation, a panel including lived experience, mental health, and physician experts, and lots of time for your questions.

This drop-in virtual event is for anyone who would like more information about hormone therapy, and is especially helpful for clients already booked in for a Readiness Assessment with our team, as attendance can help to speed up the assessment process.
