Join us for Pal-entines Day: a celebration of non-romantic relationships! We'll make palentines day cards while we chat and spend time together. Feel free to bring your own craft supplies, holiday treats, or aromantic-inspired things, whether for yourself or to share with others!
This event officially runs from 12 to 2 pm on the 2nd floor of the Calgary Central Library (room 2-05B). Drop in, or stay the whole time if you like! We have the room booked for longer in case folks are interested in sticking around past 2.
The Central Library is located in downtown Calgary, around the corner from City Hall c-train station. There is a Second Cup cafe located onsite, and library guests are also welcome to bring their own food/drinks as long as the space is kept clean. The library is wheelchair accessible; most washrooms are gendered, but there are a couple gender-neutral/family-style washrooms.
This is an open event which means that everyone is welcome to attend, whether you’re a-spec yourself, questioning/unlabelled, or an ally. Whether you're familiar with our group or are a first-timer, we'd love to see you there! Let us know if you have any questions (email: ABAcesandAros@gmail.com). RSVP is not required - just come as you are.
