The Society of Alberta Asexuals & Aromantics (SAAA) will have our Annual General Meeting on Sunday May 31, 2026! The meeting is held online from 2:00-3:00 pm, with an optional social hour from 1:00-2:00 pm.
We encourage you to sign up for membership, as this will allow you to participate fully in the meeting (vote on motions, vote on Board members, or run for the Board yourself). Membership is free and expires annually; click here to become a member. Members will be automatically sent the AGM package and online meeting link prior to May 31.
Non-members are also welcome to attend the AGM as guests, however, they do not get a vote during the meeting. If you are not a member, please email ABAcesandAros@gmail.com to request the meeting link.
New to AGMs and not sure what to expect? The meeting will be led by our current President, who will give an overview of SAAA's work and future goals. We will also hold elections for Directors-at-Large; any interested members are welcome to put their name forward. Finally, there will be time for Q&A or to share your own feedback.
