Young Hearts is a group for trans women and trans feminine folks over 40. 
 
 It focuses on supporting the unique needs and perspectives of older trans feminine folks, and especially those transitioning later in life.

Bi-monthly meetings at Wild Rabbit Vintage. Every second Wednesday, 5:00 - 7:00 pm
